How are we dealing with COVID-19 (Coronavirus)?

  • Hygiene Stations – We regularly maintain hygiene station which include hand gel, tissues and pedal bins. These must be used before entering the building and during the event

  • Limited contact with staff – At our city centre site, staff will remain 2 meters away from all customers, to assist in social distancing.  At Lumley castle, interactions with staff will take place outside and will adhere to 2 meter social distancing.

  • We may conduct random temperature checks to ensure customer and staff safety

  • Each area is thoroughly disinfected as much as possible between each visit

  • No walk up bookings. All bookings must be conducted through our website or pre-booked over the phone

  • All players must agree to the new COVID-19 terms and conditions before booking

  • Staff will be wearing masks and PPE equipment when in the same room as customers. All visitors must wear a mask when face to face with staff. 

  • If you or anyone in your team develops COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days after your game, you must contact us immediately.
