How are we dealing with COVID-19 (Coronavirus)?
The maximum number of players in a room is 6 and you will only ever play the game with people in your group. We do not mix teams.
There is currently NO EVIDENCE to suggest that any Escape Rooms Durham staff or customers have been infected by COVID-19.
We want to assure our customers that we are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff during this time. These extra measures are;
All games rooms and props cleaned thoroughly with cleaning product after every single game
Staff washing hands with soap and water after every game and public interaction
All players are required to wash their hands with soap and water before entering the game rooms.
We ask that you also follow government advice and do not attend Escape Rooms Durham if you or anyone in your household has recently developed a fever, consistent cough or have recently returned from an infected area.
You can keep up to date with all government guidelines and instructions by following this link: https://www.gov.uk/government/topical-events/coronavirus-covid-19-uk-government-response
Whilst we have undertaken these measures, we cannot guarantee that if you attend any social event that you will not encounter the virus. If you wish to cancel your game, we will be able to issue a gift voucher for future use. If you have any more questions or concerns please contact us by E-mail or give us a call.
We hope to see you soon
