How are we dealing with COVID-19 (Coronavirus)?

Hygiene Stations – We regularly maintain hygiene station which include hand gel, tissues and pedal bins. These must be used before entering the building and during the event

Limited contact with staff – At our city centre site, staff will remain 2 meters away from all customers, to assist in social distancing. At Lumley castle, interactions with staff will take place outside and will adhere to 2 meter social distancing.

You will be required to sign this deceleration when you attend either of our sites

We may conduct random temperature checks to ensure customer and staff safety

Each area is thoroughly disinfected as much as possible between each visit

You may only play with members of your household or social bubble

One one group on site at any time

No walk up bookings. All bookings must be conducted through our website or pre-booked over the phone

All players must agree to the new COVID-19 terms and conditions before booking

Staff will be wearing masks and PPE equipment. We request that you kindly wear a mask when on our premises.

If you or anyone in your team develops COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days after your game, you must contact us immediately.
