These terms and conditions are in addition to our general terms and conditions which can be found here. By completing your purchase you agree to these terms. Please show these terms and conditions to every member of your team before placing a booking. 

 

By placing and attending a booked game with Escape Rooms Durham, each of the players in your team confirms the following:

1. You are only attending with people with whom you are permitted to, according to the latest government guidelines on indoor leisure. 

2. No member of your team, or yourself, has suffered from any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days; A high temperature, a new continuous cough, a loss or change to your taste or smell.

3.  You confirm that you have not knowingly been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 Symptoms in the past 14 days.

4. You must wash your hands, or use the hand gel provided upon arriving in the building, before entering the games room, at regular intervals during your game, and upon leaving the games room.

5. You will maintain 2 meter distance from our staff at all time.

6. If you need to cough or sneeze, you will use a tissue, which will be immediately disposed of, and you shall disinfect your hands immediately.

7. You must contact Escape Rooms Durham if you or any of your party test positive or COVID-19 or develop COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of visiting Escape Rooms Durham. 

All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
